1. Return Time
   • You can return or exchange a product within 7 days of delivery.
2. Condition
   • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with tags.
   • Damaged or used items will not be accepted.
3. Process
   • Contact our support team by call or message.
   • Send back the product to our address.
   • After checking, we will confirm your return or exchange.

    Refund Time

1. Customers are only allowed 1 Free of Cost Exchange. Delivery charges (fixed rate 100 Taka) will be applied for further exchanges but we will not allow more than 2-3.
2. Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

       5.Delivery Charge

• Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer (unless the product is faulty or wrong item delivered).
